The final DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is Kingdom Hearts Sora.

The final DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is Kingdom Hearts Sora.

A new trailer based on the original Smash Brothers Ultimate Rebir, announced by series creator Masahiro Sakurai at the “Final Presentation”. Mario threw a fireball to open the portal, showing that he had taken Sora into the world of Super Smash Bros. Smash Bros. Sora will be added to the game on October 18th. It costs US $ 5.99 as a standalone and is part of FIghters’ Pass Volume 2.

Sakurai says Sora’s control is “relatively easy,” but he remains distinct from other characters. He is made for aerial combat, but his weakness is weight. His weight is lighter than Younglink and Isabel, so you’ll want to avoid hits. As you can imagine, his basic attack utilizes keyblades, some attacks are designed to attack enemies in the air, and you can start an aerial combo. Sora can also use some of the magic of Kingdom Hearts. Some are used for damage, while others are used as a cosmetic-only provocation. The goal is to have as much control as possible as Sora did in the original Kingdom Hearts.

Sora’s basic design is modeled after the original Kingdom Hearts game, but his other costumes refer to other games in the Kingdom Hearts series. He includes English and Japanese narration options. DLC also adds nine Kingdom Hearts songs to its huge soundtrack. Kingdom Hearts: For those who have played Melody of Memory, the saved data will grant one additional song.

Sora also got a new stage based on Hollow Bastion. Maleficent’s castle lives towards the end of the original Kingdom Hearts. A fairly simple one-platform stage, with less time and stock, converted to a location set within a void-like Dive to the Heart realm featuring a stained glass window design that shows the characters of the Square Enix series. Will be done.

Tekken Kazuya was added to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in June. With Xenoblade Chronicles and Final Fantasy 7 Sephiroth, it’s been an exciting 12 months for the new fighter. These iconic characters were joined in June by Dante from Devilmei Cry and Dovaquiin from Skyrim, in the form of Mii Fighter costumes.

This may end Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but Sakurai himself has stated that he will not stop game development immediately. Since 2008, it’s a game other than Super Smash Bros. Kid Icarus: Having made only one uprising, it would be very interesting to see what Sakurai would make next.

Other announcements in the showcase include Splatoon Mii Fighter costumes (Octoling, Judd) and Doom Slayer Mii costumes, revealing that the mainline Kingdom Hearts series will be available on Switch as a cloud game.
