Release Now: Marvel Galaxy Guardian: Cloud version has been released, please try the demo first

It’s no exaggeration to say that many switch owners are still uncertain about the value and viability of “cloud versions” of high-end multi-platform games. Technology can be surprisingly good, but if you have connectivity issues with your host server, or if you have connectivity issues with your host server, your game will soon be unplayable.

The latest major release to try out the cloud version on Switch Marvel’s Galaxy Guardians, This is currently for sale in e-shops. Of course, you can buy it completely, but it’s highly recommended that you first download the demo and stress test your connection to determine if you’re happy with the service. In this case, it looks like you’re dropping in the middle of an early section of the game. It is clearly designed so that you can run around and see how it works.

I tried the first part of the demo twice and it was usually a very fast home connection, but the result was a bit disappointing. It freezes completely for the first time after 30 seconds before displaying the notification that it is trying to connect. I then reloaded and played it without any connection errors, but the image quality was modest with stutter and some noticeable input lag.

In any case, if you’re interested, or just interested, the demo is a small download, so give it a try and let us know in the comments how it’s going.
