It is the calm before E3 before the storm season. Nintendo has not announced any plans. Everyone in the world is tired of reading the rumors of “Switch Pro”, only to find that Nintendo still won’t announce the damn thing. As a result, news is very slow now (trust us, we should know), and this frustration is beginning to spread to the innocent Twitter trend.
This morning, “TWICE FOR NINTENDO SWITCH” has been popular online due to the latest marketing partnership between Nintendo and K-pop Group TWICE. The super group starred in a new pair of commercials for Miitopia, showcasing their game play and their Mii role in the game:

However, a quick glance at the trends reveals a lot of information for confused Nintendo fans. Some people believe that “Twice” is a new game released by the console, while others believe that it may be related to some kind of new “second” Switch console. We are not sure what the rumored new Switch will be called, but we are quite confident that it will not be “Switch Twice”.
