update [Sun 19th Sep, 2021 11:00 BST]: Same Reddit user’porcorous seauu‘Incorporated feedback and revised the switch UI redesign. The results are as follows.

original [Tue 7th Sep, 2021 01:30 BST]: Since the introduction of Switch, users have sought Nintendo to enhance the interface of hybrid systems. One of my biggest requests is to add folders, but apart from this, fans also want to be able to change the background color and even replace it with wallpaper.

There are no signs that this will happen in the future, but Switch fans haven’t stopped imagining what the device UI would look like if Nintendo revamped the device. Latest redesign by Reddit users’porcorous seauu‘Seems to draw at least some inspiration from the UI of Apple’s mobile and tablet operating system iOS.

As you can see, there are also transparent menus, curved edges, colorful backgrounds and folders. There is also a modification of SwitcheShop. Obviously this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a Switch redesign, but it’s certainly a unique take when compared to many previous mockups.
