The official Nintendo Switch base is not bad, but what if you can push the game console into the super-large Game Boy Advance SP?
YouTube channel CASS design A new video has been shared that fully demonstrates this-a custom dock inspired by Nintendo’s classic handheld system. It is 3D printed and comes with a d-pad and face buttons to make the appearance more perfect (although these are purely decorative).
The bottom of the SP is actually a tray that keeps everything in good and safe condition, so it can actually be used as a way to store extra bits and bobs like Joy-Con and games. The convenient gap on the side of the screen means you can fix the Joy-Con to the Switch just like using the official docking station, so that you can slide the console in and out as needed.
In the past, we have seen many cool docks made of fans. For example, at that time, someone remodeled a worn-out NES to accommodate their Switch, as well as the Super Mario Odyssey-themed customization we shared a few years ago. Works, so we are happy to add it to the list.
What do you think? Do you love GBA enough that you want one of them? Tell us in the usual place.
