Promesa is 45 minutes long. It takes place in the Italian corridors, the Argentine kitchen, the steps of the church that is still fresh in memory and the sunny Mediterranean streets. When two men-a grandfather and his grandson-talk about their memories, you do nothing but slowly walk through these episodes. If “Breath of the Wild” is the Mona Lisa during the school holidays, then Pro Mesa is walking in a quiet small museum in the afternoon on weekdays.
The game has been released on Steam and PS5/PS5 and has been well received vice, Rock Paper Shotgun, with Washington post Because of its fantastic vision and non-linear storytelling, and as one of the finalists in the Nuovo category, it was shortlisted for this year’s Independent Game Festival awards.
There is no doubt that you already know from this description whether Promesa is the kind of game you would like-for those who want to check it out, it will be available on the Switch on June 25th at a price of $4.99.
