Pokemon Legends: Arceus isn’t really an open world game

when Pokemon Legends: Arceus Initially it was explained and it became clear that it was heavily compared to the following open world games: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.. The game’s PR and early footage did give the impression of an open world environment where you could walk from one place to the next, but this doesn’t seem to be the case at all.

The Pokemon Company shared a statement with Kotaku, which seems to make it clear that it would look like the following title: Monster Hunter Rise.. It doesn’t specifically mention the game, but as a trainer it explains how you can move from the village to the “various open areas” of the Jade area to complete the task. The complete statement is:

“of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Jubi Life Village will be the base for surveying missions. After receiving assignments and requests and preparing for the next excursion, players leave the village and study one of the various open areas of the Jade area. After completing the investigation, the player must return again to prepare for the next task. We look forward to sharing more information about exploring the Jade area. “

So you go-it’s not a kind of open world, some people might have thought about it or compared it. This new entry in the series will arrive at Switch on January 28, 2022. I recently saw a new evolution of Scyther.
