Nintendo plans to extend Switch Online with new memberships and offer classic Sega Genesis and Nintendo 64 games as part of its new plan subscription.

Launched as part of Nintendo Direct in September, the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Plan will arrive in late October. Subscribers can continue with their existing plans or add extensions to their plans. The extension includes all the features of the masterplan, in addition to new additions.

The N64 games available at the launch of Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Plan include:

  • Super Mario 64
  • Mario Kart 64
  • Star fox 64
  • Yoshi’s Story
  • The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
  • WinBack: Secret operation
  • Dr. Mario 64
  • Crime and Punishment
  • Mario Tennis 64

Future Nintendo 64 games will include Banjo Kazooie, Pokemon Snap, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, Kirby 64: Crystal Shard, Mario Golf, Paper Mario, and F-Zero X.

Genesis titles at launch include:

  • Castlevania: Pedigree
  • Contrast: Hard Corp
  • Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine
  • Ecco the Dolphin
  • Golden ax
  • Gunstar Heroes
  • Phantasy Star IV
  • Lister
  • Shining force
  • Sonic the Hedgehog 2
  • City of Anger 2
  • Warrior arrester
  • Phantasy Star 4
  • Shinobu 3
  • Strider

Multiplayer will be available for certain N64 games both locally and online. Members can also purchase Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis controllers for $ 49.99 each.
