Monster Hunter Story 2: Wings of Destruction It was listed as the headline bill in today’s “Monster Hunter in May” digital event, which has some interesting details.
As you can see in the trailer above, the story provides even more insight-the strange light emits “angry rays” and causes the monsters to take radical actions. It also introduced the familiar faces of the first game, and although it is now old, Avinia has made an appearance.
In terms of game information, today’s focus is on the “guidance ceremony”, which looks like an interesting way to customize and develop “monsters”. When you find eggs in the monster lair, you will take them to the horses in the hatchery. The Passage Ceremony allows you to transfer the genes of one Monstie to another Monstie, thus opening up new possibilities.
We have included the broadcast below, so you can watch it (skip to 5 minutes), but we will outline how it works. The genes are placed in a grid. Ideally, the matching colors or symbols are placed in two-thirds to enhance the effect. If you have two identical genes, you can stack them to get an upgrade. Once you have multiple Monsties, your idea is to use The Rite of Channeling to provide each Monstie with unique or superpowers, which are usually not possible with their varieties.
“Monster Hunter Story 2: Wings of Ruin” has a good shape, we think. Do you plan to pick up the goods on July 9th?
