Minecraft Live 2021 is coming soon, and on Saturday, October 12th, you’ll find out what’s in everyone’s favorite block mining video game.
Throughout the week, Minecraft lead designers and game directors Jens Bergensten and Agnes Larson were teasing some of the content before the weekend stream. Here’s what we know so far: Of course, I’ll update this as more details become available.
We run a live blog on Nintendo Life so you can watch it together — Obviously the best place!
As you can imagine, Mojang also hosts videos on social media channels.
Streams of American Sign Language and audio guide versions are also available on YouTube.

A vote between the three new mobs in the game will take place on October 16th.How did we get this mob vote Glow squid After the 2020 Minecraft Live stream, he defeated Moobloom (a flower-themed cow) and Iceologer, an illusioner who throws a cloud of flying ice.
So far, Mojang has announced two mobs:
Allay is a friendly mob, receives items and finds more. For example, if you need sticks, bones, or emeralds. He dances and flies again. He is adorable If there is a note block in your world, he will drop the item he finds there.
One of the main changes that Caves & Cliffs Part Two brings to Minecraft is how mobs spawn. Currently, when the light level is low, you will see creepers, zombies, skeletons, etc., but soon it will only occur if: total darkness. This means that the build will not be bothered by torches. Glare can help you in this regard: he hates darkness, so he flies into dark areas and throws tantrums. Thank you, glare!
Minecraft Dungeons got a lot of attention last year with a ton of DLC and cross-play. So it would be interesting to know where this RPG-style spin-off goes next.
Minecraft is built on and aware of the creation of the community. They are posted on the website on a regular basis, as is Minecraft Live. During the show, you may see attractive and creative community builds and servers.
Steve and Alex have amiibo, so you can probably see them in the stream this week — maybe you can do something special with Minecraft by scanning them?
Minecraft VR was released on PSVR late last year, do you remember the incredible Alternate Reality Hololens demo at E3 2015? Yes, it’s very scripted, very misleading, and arguably not consumer oriented, but I’d love to hear more about it. It doesn’t have a big impact on Switch players.
Maybe you can see a little more of Part 2 of the update, including biome generation, new mobs, and how the Shulk sensor works!
Married For real I want to see a little more of the new Warden mob who lives in the new Deep Dark Biome and is ready to destroy your shit, horrifying and hard to kill.
It’s not a live event with lots of unfounded rumors, right?
The trailer for the original announcement was … to be honest, it was a bit nonsense. Of course, in a good way — but it promised three things: Quadromorphic Ender Vision. Pillager Raid-eo Sound, and BEACON Broadcasting System.
But maybe that wasn’t all very As nonsense as we thought. Some people speculate that the ender vision represents the ender dragon and the pillar gar raid-eo sound represents … the pillar raid. Beacon is a hint to the wither that you need to defeat to create a beacon. These are the three boss battles in Minecraft … so can we see more?
Of course, we already know about Warden … maybe it’s him?
We were all patiently waiting for Caves & Cliffs Update Part 2 to add new world generations, new mechanics, deep dark biomes and new mobs to the game. So far, we only know that it will be released “later this year” … but Minecraft Live is a great time to tell us exactly when.
The latest Minecraft snapshot (preview of upcoming updates) is 21w40a. This is an improvement over the first Caves & Cliffs Part 2 snapshot 21w37a. This snapshot modifies the ore distribution, fixes world generation errors, and fixes mob spawn rules, but it’s not yet clear how close it is to release.
Minecraft LEGO has been so successful that it’s no surprise to see new sets and collaborations with other companies. How about Minecraft’s color pop palette? Animal Crossing eventually got one …
Last year’s Minecraft Live featured an update for Caves & Cliffs. Therefore, you may be able to know the schedule for next year as well. Alternatively, you can have the Minecraft developers take a nap.
Have you heard of Minecraft Live 2021 rumors? What would you like to see? Please let us know in the comments below.
