Microsoft Flight Simulator World Update V: Nordics is now available for free

In September, we shared our vision of continuous improvement Microsoft Flight Simulator By regularly bringing meaningful updates to the simulator.

The virtual world in the Microsoft Flight Simulator is getting the latest major update, focusing on the European Nordic countries such as Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The area is known for its natural scenery and architectural wonders, and is presented with the most realistic fidelity to date in World Update V: Northern Europe.

Simmers can climb the skies of Northern Europe and explore the vast fjords, fascinating urban landscapes, domineering peaks and iconic castles with hundreds of years of history from the cockpit. World Update V: Nordics includes the improvement of large landscape details, the enhancement of regional buildings, the improvement data of 100 airports and 78 carefully selected points of interest.

This update also includes five jungle trips, one for each Nordic country, to showcase some of the best elements of these destinations.

Finally, World Update V: Nordics brings a new handcrafted airport and five original landing challenges designed to test and hone aviation courage under various conditions. Test your landing skills in the following locations: Bornholm in Denmark, Ísafjörður in Iceland, Stockholm Arlanda in Sweden, Svalbard in Norway and Vaasa Airport in Finland.

World Update V: Nordics is free for all Microsoft Flight Simulator users. First make sure your emulator is up to date, then visit the Marketplace to download the latest world update and immerse yourself in this magnificent and vast corner of the world. The sky is calling!
