Metroid Dread Samus and EMM Amiibo lag behind in UK and Europe

Nintendo has announced that the amiibo double pack, which will be released next month with Metroid Dread, is unfortunately delayed in the UK and Europe and will not appear in retail stores on October 8th as scheduled.

Instead, amiibo will be available on November 5th. In a statement shared on social media, Nintendo apologized for the delay and cited “unexpected shipping delays” as the reason behind the new, later release date.

“Due to an unexpected shipping delay, the Metroid Dread amiibo 2 pack will be available in the UK and Europe on November 5th. The Metroid Dread will be available on Nintendo Switch on October 8th as originally planned. I’m sorry. “

Pre-orders for amiibo are still accepted at some stores, so if you are interested, please feel free to purchase now.

The game itself, along with the Nintendo Switch OLED model, will be released on October 8th as planned.
