Life Is Strange Remastered series postponed to 2022

Make a statement on Twitter todayLater, the Life Is Strange development team announced that they would postpone the release of Life Is Strange Remastered Collection to “relieve any additional pressure” to the studio, because the studio will also release Life Is Strange: True Colors this fall.

Life Is Strange Remastered Collection will now be launched on all platforms in early 2022.

“Due to the continuing challenges of the global pandemic, we hope to relieve any additional pressure on the Life is Strange team by allowing more time between the release of Life is Strange: True Colors and Life is Strange Remastered Collection. We hope you understand.”

However, it is not all bad news. The Life Is Strange: Wavelengths DLC is a prequel before the True Colors event, starring Steph Gingrich and will be released on September 30th, which was originally prepared for the Remastered Collection. Tomorrow (August 12th) a trailer for the DLC will be announced.

In addition, those who pre-order the True Colors Ultimate Edition will still be entitled to the Remastered Collection at the time of sale.

“Life is Strange: True Colors” is still scheduled to be released on September 10.
