Fan thanks to director Masahiro Sakurai for finally completing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Masahiro Sakurai, director of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, has revealed that the last playable character in Nintendo’s hit fighting game will be Kingdom Hearts Sora. Now that the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate work is finally complete, fans are grateful with the hashtag #ThankYouSakurai.

Development of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate began in 2015, and Ultimate was released in 2018, but Nintendo continued to release DLC characters for another three years after its launch. Now one of the most hard-working game developers can close the book in an eight-year chapter.

Mr. Sakurai’s work habits have been scrutinized for many years, thanks to the director’s late-night, weekend, night, and holiday interviews.of 2013 coach revealed he is suffering from tendinitis On his right shoulder, it’s physically difficult to playtest the latest Smash Bros. builds. Now, hopefully, he can finally take that long postponed long break.

Along the way, fans thank Sakurai for his hard work on social media like Twitter, as the final character of Super Smash Bros. is revealed.

Many say that what Sora reveals is also the perfect bookend for this chapter. Sora has long outnumbered fan votes for the characters players want to see at Smash Bros., but after negotiating with both Square Enix and Disney, the outlook seemed almost insurmountable. However, the Smash Bros. team was able to stop it and meet the community’s greatest demands.

Even revealing had a heartwarming end to it. The trailer begins just like the first Smash Brothers Ultimate trailer with the Smash logo burning in the sky. However, while the first trailer had only a handful of characters, Sora’s trailer revealed all the characters in Smash Brothers Ultimate.

Then all the characters will return to the shape of a trophy. Until a small embers revives the character and adds Sora to the roster for the final rodeo.
