Angry Street 4 DLC is finally available for purchase on Switch after a 10-day delay

Update #2 (Monday, July 26, 2021): Ten days after the “Angry Street 4” DLC was launched on other platforms, it is now finally available for purchase on everyone’s favorite series of handheld hybrid consoles. Cyrille Imbert, executive director of Dotemu, said in a press release to let fans know that DLC blocking on Switch has been fixed:

We would like to take this time to first apologize to our Switch players-this shouldn’t have happened, and we are deeply sorry for keeping you waiting. We thank each of you for your persistence to us and can guarantee that we will work hard to make this happen again.

Update #1 (Friday, July 23, 2021): Publisher Dortmu tweeted Let Switch owners know that DLC will not be available until next week at the earliest:

Although this is obviously disappointing for players eager to enter the DLC, perhaps reading our hands-on impressions may help to wait a little faster. Although it is painful, it is worth the wait…

Original story (Friday, July 16, 2021): Angry street 4 With a large number of enthusiastic fans, the launch of today’s main Mr. X Nightmare DLC is highly anticipated; it will add a survivor mode, three new characters and new actions to add fun to the game. Unfortunately, the publisher Dotemu ran into a problem and it did not appear on the Nintendo Switch as expected; it seems to be the only platform affected.

The publisher issued a statement implying that the restoration is not imminent, but hopes to arrive in the “next day”.

We will pay close attention to the estimated time of arrival of the DLC available on the Switch, and it currently does not appear on the eShop in any form at all. Hope it won’t be too long.
