A new trailer for Kirby and the Forgotten Land reveals new features and release dates

A new trailer for Kirby and the Forgotten Land revealed a March release date and support for co-op.

The release date of Kirby’s Dream Land and Forgotten Land is March 25, 2022, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Kirby series of stars. The trailer also demonstrates working cooperation and Kirby’s various copying capabilities.

Introduced in the video is the new drill and ranger copy feature. The drill copy feature allows Kirby to sink to the ground and attack enemies from below. Rangers, on the other hand, are long-range abilities that can attack distant enemies.

If you want to go to a forgotten land with your buddy, your co-operative partner can play as Bandana Waddle Dee. Nintendo states that the co-operative is only a single-system multiplayer, so you need to play “couch co-operative” instead of online.

The open world design of Kirby and the Forgotten Land includes a central hub known as Waddle Dee Town. As you rescue Waddle Dee during your adventure, the town will continue to grow, new stores will open, and you will be able to play games with the townspeople. As an example, you can assist Waddle Dee CafĂ© by preparing a customer’s order and satisfying the customer.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land are now available for pre-order. For more information, check out what you can expect from Nintendo in 2022, and the five Switch games we’re most excited about.
